Reservation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our reservation guidelines:
• A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments and events
• Reservations are confirmed only after deposit is received
• Remaining balance is due on the day of the visit
✨ Appointments without deposit are not guaranteed
⏰ ARRIVAL POLICY
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time
• For group events, services run on a scheduled rotation
🚫 Late guests may lose their turn if the schedule is affected
🎉 GROUP & BIRTHDAY BOOKINGS
• Final guest count must be confirmed in advance
• Packages are designed for a minimum and maximum number of guests
• Additional guests must be approved prior to the event
✨ We recommend arriving on time to enjoy the full experience
💳 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
• Deposits are non-refundable
• One-time rescheduling is allowed with advance notice
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit
🧁 OUTSIDE FOOD & DECOR
• Only cake or cupcakes are allowed
• Outside decorations require prior approval
👩👧 DROP-OFF POLICY
• Most experiences are drop-off style
• Parents may stay in the designated waiting area
• Brief entry is allowed for photos 📸
🚫 HOLIDAY CLOSURES
At Glitz Girls Spa, we value time with family and special moments 💖
For this reason, we remain closed on the following holidays:
• Easter Sunday 🐣
• Thanksgiving Day 🦃
• Christmas Day 🎄
• New Year’s Day ✨
✨ Additional holiday hours may vary and will be announced in advance.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
If a reservation is made on a holiday when the spa is closed:
• Our team will contact you to reschedule your appointment
• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued
