Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable.
However, one-time rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice 

What happens if we arrive late?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early ✨
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, especially for group bookings.

What is the minimum and maximum for birthday parties?

Our birthday experiences are designed for groups of 4 to 12 girls 
Guest count must be confirmed in advance.

Can parents stay during the experience?

Yes ✨ Parents are welcome in our designated waiting area.
Most experiences are drop-off style, but you may enter briefly for photos 📸

Can I bring food or decorations?

Only cake or cupcakes are allowed 🎂
Outside decorations must be approved in advance.

Are the products safe for kids?

Yes 💖 All our services use gentle, age-appropriate products designed specifically for girls.

What services do you offer?

 Are seasonal packages available?

Yes ✨ We offer limited-time seasonal experiences like Easter, Summer, and special events.

Spots are limited, so we recommend booking in advance 

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

Are you open on holidays?

We are closed on select holidays such as:

• Easter Sunday
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day

What if I booked on a holiday?

Our team will contact you to reschedule ✨
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
